This is a facility that provides lodging and rest for cyclists.
The CYCLE LOUNGE on the first floor is a public space that can be used to rest, while YADO on the second floor is a private space for guests.

Q. Can people other than cyclists use it too?
Yes.
The only vehicle you can bring into the facility are bicycles.
Q. Can you take your bicycle into the facility?
Only to the bicycle pit on the first floor.
Those who are staying can take their bicycle to their room.
Due to the stairs being narrow, please be careful when carrying your bicycle up.
Q. Are there convenience stores in the area?
Unfortunately, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets in the area.
Light snacks and cup noodles are sold on the first floor in the CYCLE LOUNGE.
Q. Are there rental bicycles?  
Unfortunately, no.
Q. Do you offer bicycle repairs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bicycle repair or maintenance services.
There are no professional bicycle stores or specialty stores in the town, so please maintain your bicycle yourself.

30% of the room charge for 7 days prior to check-in.

Unfortunately, no.

Check in is between 15:00 - 18:00, check out is until 10:00.

Q. Is it possible to check in early?
You may check in before 15:00, but you will not be able to access your room until 15:00. We can hold your luggage for you. (However, we ask that you do not leave valuable belongings with us.)  
Q. Is it possible to check out late?
No.

About facilities and services

Q. What kind of baths and toilets are there?  
There is a shared shower room and toilet on the first floor, and a shared toilet for guests on the second floor.
The shower room is equipped with the latest shower system.
Overhead showers and cascading hot waterfall baths are available for your enjoyment.
Q. Do you have hot springs or large baths? 
Showers only.
For hot spring baths, please go to the municipal Gin no Yu hot spring. (20 minutes by bus)
Q. Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
If you have any questions about the connection, please check with us on the day.
Q. Please tell me about the amenities and facilities in the room.
Amenities
We do not provide complimentary towels, loungewear, or amenities. Please bring your own or rent/purchase at the CYCLE LOUNGE on the first floor.

Towel rental (one face towel and one bath towel): 220 yen
Loungewear (Yukata) rental: 330 yen
For other amenities, please check the rates on site.
*Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the shower booth.

Q. What are the smoking restrictions?
Smoking is not allowed in the facility or on the premises.
Due to the lingering odor, smoking inside the building will result in a 3-day suspension of business. There will be a 3-day room charge to compensate for business.
Q. Can I use e-cigarettes such as IQOS inside?  
The use of electronic or heated cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the facilities and on the premises.

Q. Is medicine available?
In accordance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, we cannot provide pharmaceutical products.

Non-guests are prohibited from entering the guestroom floor.
Please use the CYCLE LOUNGE on the first floor to hang out.
Q. Can I come and go as I please after check-in?
Yes. Please remember to take your room key with you.
Q. What do you do with forgotten items? 
Please provide us with the following information via the inquiry form or by phone.
After we have received this information, we will look for your missing items.

You can buy alcohol at the CYCLE LOUNGE on the first floor.

No.
You can buy snacks, soft drinks and alcohol at the CYCLE LOUNGE on the first floor.
Q. Can you make reservations for restaurants in the area on my behalf?

About access and transport

Q. How do you get from the closest train station to JU-ZA?
The closest station is Izukyū-Shimoda.
It takes 60 minutes by bus to get from Izukyū-Shimoda Station to Koura via the Tokai bus.
It is a 5 minute walk from the Koura bus stop.
Q. Is there a parking lot?
There is space for one car to park. (Reservation required)
Please inquire in advance if you are coming by car.
Q. Is there a shuttle service?  
No.
Q. Can you arrange a taxi for me?  
There is no taxi company operating in the town.
It may take some time for a taxi to arrive. Please ask in advance about using taxis.
